1. About Pre-Ride
Pre-Ride is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for used motorcycle dealerships.
The platform provides software functionality including inventory management, purchase and sales records, vehicle information, document management, customer records, dealership information and online showroom functionality.
By registering for, accessing or using Pre-Ride, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Pre-Ride Is a Software Service
Pre-Ride does not own, inspect, buy or sell motorcycles listed, displayed or recorded by dealerships using the platform.
Motorcycle transactions are conducted independently between the respective dealership and its customers.
Pre-Ride does not collect or process payments for motorcycle purchases or sales. Payments collected directly by Pre-Ride are for software subscriptions and related Pre-Ride services only.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and current information when registering for a Pre-Ride account.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting their username, password and other login credentials
- Activities conducted through their account
- Controlling access provided to authorised dealership personnel
- Informing Pre-Ride if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation
4. 7-Day Free Trial
Eligible new dealerships may receive a 7-day free trial of the Pre-Ride software.
No software subscription payment is required to begin the free trial where the trial is offered without requiring payment information.
After the trial period expires, continued access to paid Pre-Ride features may require an active software subscription.
5. Subscription Plans
Pre-Ride offers monthly and/or yearly paid software subscription plans.
Current subscription prices and applicable billing periods are displayed on the Pre-Ride website.
Subscription charges are solely for access to the Pre-Ride software platform and applicable software services.
Applicable taxes or other statutory charges may be added where required by law.
6. Payments and Recurring Billing
Subscription payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable price, billing cycle and payment terms displayed when purchasing the plan.
Where recurring billing is selected and supported, subscription charges may automatically recur according to the selected billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Payment processing may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, mandate requirements and payment-method rules.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Pre-Ride Cancellation & Refund Policy .
Users should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchasing a paid subscription.
8. Dealership Content and Vehicle Information
Dealerships are responsible for information they enter, upload, publish or display through their Pre-Ride account, including:
- Motorcycle descriptions and specifications
- Registration and vehicle information
- Motorcycle pricing
- Ownership information
- Motorcycle images
- Vehicle and business documents
- Customer information
- Vehicle availability and sales status
Pre-Ride does not independently verify every motorcycle, dealership or business record entered by users.
9. Motorcycle Transactions
Any motorcycle enquiry, negotiation, inspection, purchase, sale, delivery, registration, financing, warranty, refund or dispute is between the dealership and its customer.
Pre-Ride provides dealership management software and online showroom functionality and is not a party to motorcycle transactions conducted by dealerships.
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Pre-Ride to:
- Conduct unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activities
- Upload malware, malicious software or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorised access to another account, system or service
- Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the Pre-Ride platform
- Upload information or content they are not authorised to use
- Misrepresent motorcycles, dealerships, customers or transactions
- Use Pre-Ride in violation of applicable law
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to Pre-Ride, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure problems, third-party service interruptions, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
The Pre-Ride software, branding, website, functionality, design and other proprietary platform materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensor.
Dealerships retain responsibility for and any applicable rights to the business information, motorcycle information, images and documents they upload to the platform.
Purchasing or using a Pre-Ride subscription provides permission to use the software according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the Pre-Ride software to the user.
13. Suspension and Termination
Pre-Ride may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Non-payment of applicable subscription fees
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Unlawful use of the service
- Security threats or attempted attacks
- Abuse or misuse of the platform
14. Limitation of Responsibility
Pre-Ride provides dealership management software and does not guarantee the condition, ownership, roadworthiness, legality, price, quality, availability or accuracy of motorcycles offered by dealerships.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pre-Ride is not responsible for disputes or losses arising from motorcycle transactions independently conducted between dealerships and their customers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Privacy
Information collected and processed through Pre-Ride is also subject to our Privacy Policy .
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Pre-Ride services, business practices, technology or applicable requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory legal rights and protections that may apply.
